Measure​ ​at​ ​the​ ​base​ ​of​ ​the​ ​neck.​ ​If​ ​you​ ​don’t​ ​have​ ​a​ ​soft​ ​tape​ ​measure,​ ​use​ ​a​ ​​ ​piece​ ​of​ ​string,​ ​ribbon​ ​or​ ​cell​ ​phone​ ​cord​ ​to​ ​mark​ ​and​ ​then​ ​measure​ ​with​ ​a​ ​ruler​ ​or​ ​standard​ ​tape​ ​measure.​ ​If​ ​your​ ​pet​ ​is​ ​extra​ ​fluffy​ ​then​ ​choose​ ​the​ ​larger​ ​size.​ ​
